If have not tried scuba diving before please see the PADI medical waiver, if you answer yes to any of the questions you will be required to bring a medical certificate stating you are fit to dive by a doctor

Aqua 5 Cancellation And Ticket Transfer Policy

Cancellations need to be advised in writing to AQUA5 (sales@aquafive.com.au ) and the following conditions will apply:

100% refund – for bookings cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the date of travel.

Bookings cancelled at any time within the 48-hour cancellation period will not be refunded. The customer forfeits 100% booking price.

AQUA5 Dive Cancellations – AQUA5 reserves the right to cancel dive trips at any time for the following reasons:

-Bad weather conditions – generally over 15 knots the trip could be cancelled

-Minimum numbers not being met – we require a minimum number of 3 divers before a dive is confirmed.

-A full refund will be made to customers if AQUA5 cancels a dive trip due to weather or number
